Description

A small fishing village created in the 1930s, it features colourful little houses that are still visited by small fishing boats and “batele”, small smacks that used to be very common throughout the Gulf of Trieste. Six metres long, 1.8 m broad and 0.65 m high, they were once used with a sail, but are now powered with an outboard engine.
